Drinks direction and menu development for the launch of Toothsome Issue II in collaboration with The Lost Explorer.

Developed in response to the issue’s theme of minimal / maximal, the menu explored reduction, intensity, and contrast through a series of ingredient-led serves. Drinks moved between stripped-back compositions and more layered, expressive builds, using smoke, acidity, heat, and texture to reflect the tension running through the publication itself.
